How do you calculate the quote?
We consider size, surface condition, repairs, colours, access and protection. Photos are often enough for an initial assessment; a visit may be required for confirmation.
Are materials included?
The proposal states which paint, primer, filler and protection materials are included, so you can compare the actual scope rather than only the total.
Is the calculator price final?
No. It is an indicative estimate. The final price is confirmed after reviewing photographs or visiting the property.
How long will the job take?
We confirm the schedule after reviewing the condition and scope. Repairs and drying times may affect it.
Do I need to empty the whole room?
Not always. Small items normally need to be removed; larger furniture can often be grouped and protected. We will tell you what to prepare.
What if additional work is discovered?
We explain the issue and cost before proceeding. No extension is carried out without approval.
Do you work throughout Spain?
Projects are accepted according to availability and travel distance. Send your town or postcode for confirmation.
Does a property refresh always take 1–3 days?
This is typical for compatible jobs, not an automatic guarantee. Timing is confirmed after assessing the flat, drying times and scope.
